Arriving Guests



     Beneath the “Bright Morning” sign on the house with flagstone front steps, visible from the trail are the two door bells that let us know you're here.  Bikes on the bike rack in front can be moved to the "Bike Barn" in front of the green house or left waiting if you decide to explore before going to your room. You'll be given directions to your room and the run-through on breakfast details. Planning for dinner is something we are glad to help with.  Check the postings in the foyers to find out if the Patio Bar is in operation during your stay at Bright Morning. Note, we also offer a simple "self check-in" system upon arrival which also includes directions to your room and yummy self-serve continental breakfast details   


Guests making reservations online within 30 hours of arrival MUST contact us by phone. Online responses are automated and do not insure that your reservation was immediately intercepted.

For reservations of 1 to 2 rooms and/or 1 to 2 nights cancellations made 3 or less days prior to date of arrival will receive a refund of 50% of deposit payment.

For reservations of 3 or more rooms and/or 3 or more nights cancellations made 30 days or less prior to date of arrival will receive a refund of 50% of deposit payment.

Please, no in-room/house bike storage, store them in the Bike Barn
Please remove bicycle shoes/cleats before entering our B&B.
No smoking indoors.

We do not have on an site laundry facilitie however, two laundromats are locted within walking distance from our inn. 

Medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a $25 fee. The Studio and Garden Rooms are best suited for pets.
No bikes in rooms or on porches. We accept cash or any major credit card payment except American Express. You are charged in full at the time of your booking, therefore no balance is due upon arrival unless further expenses are incured.
