Cancelation made within 72 hours of check in are charged 50% of the room charge.

Canceling  prior reservations of 3 nights or more  have a 30 day canelation policy and Bright Morning charges 50% of room charge. 
Please, no in-room/house bike storage.
Please remove bicycle shoes/cleats before entering our B&B
No smoking indoors.

Medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a $25 fee. The Studio and Garden Rooms are best suited for pets.
No bikes in rooms or on porches.
